Fully equipped with all connections, with flexible coupled electric motor by the large types and the small types are mono block pumps. This direct shaft connection reduce motor power loss and save money for you.
Dry lubricated carbon vane self lubricated suction pressure pumps are robust, reliable and competitive priced guaranteed by AIR24. Both side are grease lubricated heavy duty bearing for long life time and smooth operation.
CFCV type suction pressure pumps fitted with air cooler which depend from the size of the pump for optimal operating temperature. For safe operation several types are fitted with built in suction filter (air filter) for easy installation and operation. We fit all pumps with vacuum regulator valve for easy set up of working vacuum level however usually you can set it up on printing machines. Large suction pressure pumps has built in safety valve for avoid system of overpressure.
CFCV suction pressure pumps are developed for continuous operation 24/7, available in 1 and 3 phase motors up to 2,2 kW motor power.
