It need just a minimal quantity of oil in both sides of housings, where gears synchronising the two rotors in the pump module. The inlet air need filtered with a simple dry air filtration system, which is usually disposable paper air filter elements. Operation of the CCVP claw vacuum pump is possible with inverter for deliver a controlled volume of constant pressure up to (till) 200 mbar abs.
