The main electrical motor is directly connected to the pumping module with a flexible coupling to reduce the power lost. This rotary vane vacuum pump operates with continuous oil recirculation, it is robust, reliable and guaranteed by AIR24.
From the size of COVP154 is fitted with oil cooler to regulate the optimal oil temperature in the whole oil system. Our pumps are equipped with suction valve which also works as a non return valve. To protect the pump and system by electrical shut off. COVP oil lubricated vacuum pumps are fitted with an oil tank which is the first coarse separator and the place of coalescing oil filtration, with air/oil separator filter or filters, mainly depend from the size of the pump. This separated oil is recirculated back into the oil system, from separation chamber.
COVP rotary vane oil lubricated vacuum pump can operate 24 hours a day in 7 days of the week. Its electric motors are 1 and 3 phase versions operation of water steam polluted system we recommend the B series with its 10 mbar final vacuum level and save the oil quality as well. The COVP oil lubricated vacuum pump range are fitted with gas ballast system for adding extra fresh air into the compression chamber for exhaust water and gas from oil.
COVP oil lubricated vacuum pump volume flow range is between 28 and 835 m3/hour, final vacuum is 0,5 or 10 mbar (abs.) depending on type of the model.
